Blueberry Muffins

3 T butter, melted 1 T baking powder

3 1/2 T sugar 1/2 t salt

1 egg, beaten 2 C flour

1 C milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine butter, sugar, and egg. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture with milk. Beat until batter is full of bubbles. Fill greased muffin tins (or use paper liners) 1/3 way with batter. Drop 1 heaping teaspoon of BRUNSWICK MANOR blueberry & port wine gourmet jam onto batter, fill tin up to 3/4 full with batter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
